Take part in a driving study and make $30!
Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University would like to invite individuals to participate in a research study. The purpose of this study is to gather data on participants’ driving abilities in an attempt to translate how this information can be used to model driving behavior. By studying this, we hope to influence the design of future artificial agents for vehicles.
The study involves two tasks: 1) Completing a pre-study questionnaire and 2) Performing a driving exercise on the streets of Pittsburgh. The estimated time for the study ranges from around 90 to 120 minutes. Your will be compensated $30 for your participation in the study.
Participation in this study is limited to those who are between the ages of 18 and 70 years old.
Participants will be required to drive a vehicle as part of the study, therefore they must own a car and have a valid driver’s license. If you have any questions about the study, or you are interested in participating, please view the image below:
